World’s First Modified Lamborghini Revuelto Can’t Be Bought With Cash

Key Takeaways

  • DMC introduces Stage 1 Carbon Package for Lamborghini Revuelto with increased power (circa 1,100 hp) and additional styling elements.
  • Two wing options available: adaptive spoiler or Aventador SVJ-inspired look with central wing support.
  • Upgrades include rear diffuser, side skirt, mirror, exhaust, and software enhancements.

German aftermarket tuner DMC has laid claim to the world’s first Lamborghini Revuelto, revealing an upgrade that unlocks more power and adds extra menace to the styling. Keyvany has already revealed a body kit for the Revuelto, but only in the digital realm; this DMC upgrade has reportedly reached production. The so-called Stage 1 Carbon Package takes advantage of prepreg manufacturing processes and is said to have been honed in the wind tunnel, following a design exercise involving the use of Computational Fluid Dynamics. The kit has also been TÜV-certified for crashworthiness, and there are two styles to choose from.

To SVJ, Or Not To SVJ

DMC says it will offer two different wings for the kit, with the one you see in these images retaining the adaptive functionality of the existing retractable spoiler. Alternatively, you can go for a hardcore look inspired by Lamborghini’s most extreme roadgoing V12 models, with a central wing support channeling the style of the Aventador SVJ.

The tuner also offers side mirror, rear diffuser, and side skirt upgrades, although images of these have not been supplied. At the front, the OEM fascia is left intact, as are the wheels, although we doubt that anyone who’s modifying a Lamborghini won’t consider looking at new designs; perhaps carbon fiber HRE wheels would fit the new aesthetic nicely.

What About Performance?

As standard, the Reveuelto boasts a 6.5-liter naturally aspirated V12 engine and three electric motors, combining for a total output of 1,001 horsepower. Along with a software tune and a lightweight stainless steel exhaust system from Zesad – which has previously worked on DMC upgrades for the Lamborghini Huracán Evo and the Ferrari SF90 Stradale – the tuner claims an increase to just over 1,099 hp.

Although that’s not much of an increase, DMC has plans for Stage 2 and Stage 3 Revuelto packages, and when those are complete, we suspect the software side of things will have progressed further, too. If you’re interested, the tuner requests payment in Bitcoin cryptocurrency, with the rear wing carrying a price of 0.2 BTC, the full aero kit costing double that, and the exhaust setting you back 0.12 BTC. Finally, the software tune costs just 0.06 BTC. What does all that mean in real dollars? At the time of writing, the wing alone costs $12,920, the complete body kit costs nearly $26,000, the exhaust costs $7,750, and the tune works out to around $3,870. In total, that’s a little under $37,500 – pocket change for a Lambo buyer.
