For 2025, Lexus is giving the LC 500 and hybrid LC 500h some small updates. Appearance and color options help what is no doubt one of the most beautiful new cars currently available stay that way. Under the skin, the pair gains some new braces that should help to improve the overall driving experience as well.

Bespoke Build Service Adds Stylish Options For LC
Lexus first launched the LC at the North American International Auto Show way back in 2016. Though it’s no spring chicken any longer, there’s still nothing like it on sale today in terms of style, presence, and grace.
To help keep it that way, Lexus brought back its Bespoke Build service for 2025. While it’s not as thorough as custom options from the likes of Porsche or Rolls-Royce, it still comes with some special extras. Extras include, for this year, 21-inch forged wheels, dark chrome trim, a neck heater for convertible drivers. A lightweight carbon fiber roof is available for coupe buyers, while the convertible can be fitted with a blue or red soft top.

But NOT for the US-spec model (yet).
Bespoke Build buyers can also choose a special white and blue interior option on top of the three standard colors. If the finish choices aren’t sufficient, the certificate of authenticity printed on hand-processed, traditional Japanese washi paper which is also signed by LC Chief Engineer Tasushi Muto just might be.
Iridium Paint Joins A Stunning Color Range
The last of the changes happens in the paint booth. Lexus has introduced Iridium to the current nine-color lineup. The silver shade has a slight blue tinge and is available on other Lexus models, including the IS and RX. Ultrasonic Blue Mica 2.0, Copper Crest, Caviar, Cloudburst Gray, Ultra White, Infrared1, Flare Yellow and Nori Green Pearl all remain on the options list.
Well below all that paint work, Lexus has added underfloor braces to the front and rear of the car for improved rigidity. It’s likely that these braces were introduced to meet changing safety requirements, but a stiffer chassis also means a better-handling car, so the 2025 LC should see some improvement as a result.

What’s not changing for the sultry LC 500 is the V8 powerplant under its hood, maintaining its status as one of the very few V8-equipped vehicles still available. It can accelerate from 0-60 in 4.4 seconds thanks to its automatic transmission and Torsen limited-slip rear differential. The LC 500h is also unchanged, still fitted with its hybrid drive system and six-cylinder engine, with shifting duties handled by a CVT.
Both 2025 Lexus LC models go on sale this fall with the V8 models starting at $100,425, and the hybrid versions at $103,575, including delivery fees.
