$175,000 CyberTrailer Generates Its Own Power And Water For Off-Grid Living

  • The Living Vehicle CyberTrailer is a luxury trailer like few others.
  • It features a very Cybertruck-esque design and it can generate water from air and power from the sun.
  • Production details are scarce but Living Vehicle has already proven that it can build seriously capable trailers.

Living off of the grid typically comes with some serious challenges. The Living Vehicle CyberTrailer aims to solve just about all of them, albeit with one caveat: its price tag will likely dwarf even the Cybertruck’s.

var adpushup = window.adpushup = window.adpushup || {que:[]};
adpushup.que.push(function() {
if (adpushup.config.platform !== “DESKTOP”){
adpushup.triggerAd(“4d84e4c9-9937-4f84-82c0-c94544ee6f2a”);
}
else{

adpushup.triggerAd(“6a782b01-facb-45f3-a88f-ddf1b1f97657”);
} });

This futuristic trailer will not only will it create its own water from the air and generate power from the sun, but it’ll also offer an opinion-splitting design at the same time. Here’s a deeper look at what we expect most Tesla Cybertruck fans will be pining over for some time to come.

Living Vehicle might not be a brand you’ve heard of, but it deals exclusively with high-end off-grid-focused trailers. The CyberTrailer, which starts at a whopping $175,000, aims to serve exactly that type of customer and is compatible with both electric and combustion vehicles. EVs are notoriously overmatched when it comes to long-haul towing but the CyberTrailer has a trick up its sleeve for that.

window._taboola = window._taboola || [];
_taboola.push({
mode: ‘thumbnails-a-mid’,
container: ‘taboola-mid-article’,
placement: ‘Mid Article’,
target_type: ‘mix’
});

window._taboola = window._taboola || [];
_taboola.push({
mode: ‘thumbnails-oc-2×1’,
container: ‘taboola-mid-article-thumbnails-organic’,
placement: ‘Mid Article Thumbnails Organic’,
target_type: ‘mix’
});

It’ll offer tow vehicle charging meaning that, in theory, a Cybertruck, Rivian R1T, or Ford F-150 Lightning owner could tow the CyberTrailer off-road and then fill up with juice from the trailer itself. Of course, there’s no telling how long that might take as the main way it generates power is via solar panels. Living Vehicle doesn’t say exactly how much energy storage is on board but does clarify that it has “backup power systems.”

That’s a great feature since it allows flexibility in terms of location. A family could find a place way off the beaten path, leave the trailer, and go exploring in the tow vehicle. At the same time, anyone who stays back would still have a fully-powered dwelling space. In fact, they’ll have impressive features to enjoy as well.

The CyberTrailer will, like other Living Vehicle models, create its own water supply via a Watergen atmospheric water generator. The system can create several gallons of fresh clean drinking water each day depending on humidity and temperature. LV says that deliveries begin in 2025 and that interested parties can join the wait list for just $100.
