Cadillac CT5-V Driver Busted Doing 143 MPH

Assuming the police are correct and the car was simply a CT5-V, it had a twin-turbo 3.0-liter V6 with 360 hp (268 kW / 365 PS) and 405 lb-ft (548 Nm) of torque. This enables the luxury sedan to accelerate from 0-60 mph (0-96 km/h) in as little as 4.6 seconds, before hitting a top speed of 156 mph (251 km/h).

If the model was a CT5-V Blackwing, it was powered by a supercharged 6.2-liter V8 pumping out 668 hp (498 kW / 677 PS) and 659 lb-ft (892 Nm) of torque. Thanks to the extra oomph, the model can hit 60 mph (96 km/h) in 3.4 seconds and a top speed in excess of 200 mph (322 km/h).
