Aston Martin DBX707 AMR24 Edition Does F1 Cosplay For The Street

  • Aston Martin unveils the DBX707 AMR24, a special edition SUV inspired by the F1 Medical Car
  • The AMR24 features upgraded interiors, minor exterior enhancements, and F1-inspired colors.
  • Performance remains unchanged with the powerful twin-turbo V8 engine offering 697 hp.

Aston Martin revealed a new special edition of its SUV, inspired by the Official Medical Car of Formula 1. Named the DBX707 AMR24 Edition, it’s an evolution of last year’s AMR23, featuring an upgraded interior, minor exterior enhancements, and a livery reminiscent of Aston Martin’s Aramco F1 Team single-seater.

The special edition is offered in Podium Green, Onyx Black, or Neutron White, with Podium Green being the optimal choice for blending in behind the F1 grid during race weekends. The exterior features accents in Lime Green or Trophy Silver, which accentuate the lower section of the aggressive bodykit available in gloss black or carbon fiber.

The new 23-inch Fortis alloy wheels provide a distinctive feature that sets the AMR24 apart from its AMR23 predecessor, available in satin or gloss black finishes. Aston Martin offers a choice between Aston Martin Racing Green and AMR Lime for the brake calipers, resulting in a look closely resembling the livery of the AMR24 F1 single-seater, mirroring the design of the Official Medical Car.

Turning to the interior, the AMR24 adopts the redesigned dashboard layout from the the recently updated DBX707. It boasts a new 10.25-inch infotainment touchscreen, a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster, and a powerful 23-speaker, 1,600-watt Bowers & Wilkins audio system. Interior upholstery options include Onyx Black with Lime stitching and piping, or a blend of Onyx Black and Eifel Green with Lime accents.

Interior accent options range from carbon fiber and dark chrome jewelry to titanium mesh and satin chrome. Additionally, the AMR24 features an emblem on the door sills and a lime saddle strap on the wireless charging pad.

The twin-turbo 4.0-liter V8 engine remains unchanged, delivering 697 hp (520 kW / 707 PS) and 900 Nm (663 lb-ft) of torque. Power is sent to all four wheels through a nine-speed automatic gearbox, enabling the SUV to accelerate from 0-60 mph (0-97 km/h) in 3.1 seconds and reach a top speed of 310 km/h (193 mph). It’s worth noting that this powertrain is the sole option available for the SUV, as Aston Martin recently streamlined its lineup to focus solely on the DBX707 performance flagship.

The Aston Martin DBX707 AMR24 Edition is already available to order.
