Honda’s family hauler has gone through a mid-cycle refresh. The MY2025 Odyssey arrives with subtle styling revisions, more standard features, enhanced technology, and a revamped rear entertainment system. In a time of downsizing, it’s unusual that the 2025 Odyssey retains its 3.5-liter V6, but we’re not complaining. The entry-level EX is no longer available for MY2025, while the Sport trim has seemingly been replaced by the Sport-L. CarBuzz has contacted Honda USA for comment and will update the article once we receive a reply.

Minor Styling Updates Keep The Odyssey Looking Fresh
The Odyssey also receives new wheel designs, with the range-topping Elite getting 19-inch machine-finished alloy wheels. Customers can also choose from two new paint colors: Solar Silver Metallic and Smoke Blue Pearl. Inside, additional revisions are found, with more standard features than before. For a start, the 2025 Odyssey now receives a seven-inch digital instrument display and a digital tachometer.

The display allows owners to navigate various functions, such as vehicle information and Honda Sensing safety settings. The entire lineup is now equipped with a larger nine-inch touchscreen with wireless Apple CarPlay/Android Auto, a wireless device charger, and additional USB-C ports. Honda says the 2025 Odyssey’s infotainment system has a faster processor for “lag-free performance.”
More Technology For Front And Rear Passengers
Rear-seat passengers will be delighted to learn that the Rear Entertainment System has been overhauled entirely. There’s a larger 12.8-inch high-resolution screen, while the HDMI plug has been repositioned inside the console, with a storage bin dedicated to keeping devices safe. On the safety front, the 2025 Odyssey receives the Honda Sensing safety suite, which includes forward collision warning, adaptive cruise control, lane departure warning, lane-keep assist, pedestrian detection, and more.

2026 Passport Trailsport Will Be Honda’s Most Capable SUV Yet
An all-new Passport Trailsport is coming in 2025. Here’s what we know so far.
Regardless of trim, all Odyssey minivans are powered by a naturally aspirated 3.5-liter V6 that develops 280 horsepower and 262 lb-ft of torque. Power is sent to the front wheels via a ten-speed automatic transmission. The base EX-L receives leather trim, a sunroof, power-adjustable heated front seats and tailgate, a rear seat reminder system, and the Magic Slide second-row seats that fold away neatly.
Four Trims To Choose From
Sport-L introduces a more aggressive and sporting look. This includes darkened headlights and taillights, Berlina Black 19-inch wheels, and gloss black exterior trim. Black leather (with red stitching) covers the seats and steering wheel, while the headliner is trimmed in black. There are two USB-C ports in the third row and red ambient lighting for the interior.
