On paper, the 2025 Honda Civic Hybrid is a better performer than the standard gas Civic Si just looking at the numbers, and can be had for under $30,000. CarsDirect noted the difference first, but it’s also worth mentioning that the Si has already exceeded the $30k mark as of January this year.
Do you spring for a sportier ride in the Si and pay more, or jump to the hybrid with a little more squirt, and now, a better financing deal? The answer is pretty obvious, especially if you’re concerned that new tariffs could impact prices in the coming weeks and months.
Act In April – Anything Could Happen Thereafter
For U.S. customers (we used an 11238 zip code on Honda’s website), the Japanese automaker is offering various financing incentives across its lineup for the month of April. We’re highlighting this Civic Hybrid vs. Si comparison because both models produce 200 horsepower, but the Si is already priced higher, making the hybrid models now that much more affordable with this new offer that isn’t available to Si customers.
